We have been pretty sleep deprived the last 3 weeks. Ana in particular is suffering from having to be on call 24/7 for breast feeding. This has been very challenging. Breast feeding always entails heroic acrobatics and coordination, often with 3 adults taking part. If Maya's nipple-to-mouth angle is not 35 +/- 1 degree, or the suction is not >400 mm Hg negative pressure, then all hell breaks loose. Waaaa! Waaa! Waaa! Here I am, delirious with sleep deprivation, trying my best to take over breast feeding duties....
