Tia Carla!
Here is a photo of me with Mami, Abu, Carla and Alina.
We got to visit Tio Baby and Tia Silvia in their new apartment in Buenos Aires.
We traveled from Tucuman to Mendoza and then from Mendoza to Buenos Aires in a huge double-decker bus. These buses are made for long-distance travel. They have seats that recline into beds and a stewardess that served us dinner and breakfast. Mami and Papi even got to drink wine while I watched Baby Einstein on my portable DVD player.
Here is papi in the Andes at Paso Libertadores, also called Cristo Redentor (12, 500 ft - 3835 m) near the highest mountain in South America, Aconcagua. The pass separates Chile and Argentina.

I got to drink a lot of licuados in the many cafes in Mendoza.
We went to the Zoo in Mendoza. It was a sad place. The large cats were confined to very small cages and the people harassed the animals.

I really enjoyed all the music in Mendoza. Here I am listening to folk music from the region. The band was called Sin Fronteras.
