Grandma's Visit
My dear grandma visited me about a week ago. We had a great time. She took me everywhere and I got to enjoy her for a whole week. I miss her now and I wish we live closer.

Gorgeous Northern California Coastal Redwoods.

We had a great weekend at Elk Prairie State Park along the northern California coast.  This park has some of the little protected old-growth coastal redwood forests.  There are only 5% of the original redwood forests that are old-growth (e.g., trees up to 3500 yrs old!) left.
